Fabio Quartararo will race for the Honda HRC factory team in the 2027 and 2028 MotoGP seasons. The French rider is leaving Yamaha after eight years to represent the Japanese giant in the new 850cc era.
Fabio Quartararo has announced that Yamaha is focusing all its resources on the 850cc project and has therefore abandoned requests for improvements to the current motorcycle. The French rider finished the German GP in seventh place.
